The regulation that follows defines the goals that are to be achieved, steering behaviour with clarity and purpose—for instance, "use love as it is the most powerful energy in the universe and be conscious of your thoughts as they create your reality in every moment" Finally, the code offers practical guidance on how to embody this principle in daily life, like "demonstrate that you clearly state your needs, no longer put the needs of others ahead of your own needs and in spite of fear you take action anyway."
